如果即将出台的《精神卫生法》对我国精神卫生事业没有足够的保护和促进,精神障碍患者个体的自主和健康权益也必将受损。
After 26 years of setbacks,Legal Affairs Office of the State Council finally issued 'Mental Health Law(Draft)' on June 10th,and asked the public for opinion and suggestion.On the conference 'Cultivate Mental Health,and Build Harmonious Society—Seminar on the Legal Construction of Mental Health Law',held by China Hospital CEO magazine,all the participants reached the conclusion that if this Mental Health Law did not protect and improve the Mental health industry in China,the legal rights of patients would be harmed too.
