倍他乐克联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗原发性高血压疗效观察

Clinical effect observation on Nifedipine Sustained-release Tablet combined with Betaloc in the treatment of essential hypertension

目的:探讨倍他乐克联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法:将我院新近发现的60例原发性高血压患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例。对照组给予硝苯地平缓释片10 mg/次,每日2次于早8点和晚8点口服;治疗组硝苯地平缓释片用法同对照组,但于午餐前增加口服倍他乐克25 mg。每周测血压2次,共8周。结果:对照组显效11例,有效11例,无效8例,总有效率为73.3%(22/30);治疗组显效18例,有效11例,无效1例,总有效率为96.7%(29/30)。两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.134,P<0.05)。对照组治疗前后心率无明显改变(P>0.05);治疗组心率平均下降10次/min,与治疗前及对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:倍他乐克联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗原发性高血压疗效好,且有相互协同作用,值得临床推广。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of Nifedipine Sustained-release Tablets combined with Betaloc in the treatment of essential hypertension.Methods：60 cases of essential hypertension were discovered recently and divided into treatment group and control group in random,30 patients in each group.The control group were given Nifedipine Sustained-release Tablets with 10 mg,twice a day at 8 am and 8 pm oral;treatment group were given the same of Nifedipine Sustained-release Tablets with control group,but increased Betaloc 25 mg before lunch.blood pressure of two groups were measured twice a week and total of 8 weeks.Results：In control group,significant therapeutic effect in 11 cases,there were clear therapeutic effect in 11 cases,no treatment effect in 8 cases,the total therapeutic efficacy was 73.3%（22/30）;in treatment group,significant therapeutic effect in 18 cases,there were clear therapeutic effect in 11 cases,no treatment effect in 1 case,the total therapeutic efficacy was 96.7%（29/30）;there was a significant difference between two groups（χ2=7.134,P0.05）.In control group,there was no significant change in heart rate before adn after the treatmont（P0.05）;but in treatment group,heart rate decreased at average of 10 times/min,there was obvious difference compared with before the treatment and control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：It is a good way to treat essential hypertension with Nifedipine Sustained-release Tablets combined with Betaloc,and there is a mutual synergy,it′s worthy of promotion in clinic.
