HRCT对30例系统性红斑狼疮患者肺间质病变诊断分析

Analysis of HRCT in diagnosis of 30 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus associated with interstitial lung diseases

目的:调查系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者肺间质病变的CT征象及其发生率。方法:对30例SLE患者进行胸片,高分辨CT扫描(HRCT),对肺间质病变进行征象分类。结果:HRCT诊断SLE患者的肺间质病变的阳性率为53%,其敏感性高于胸片(27%)。结论:HRCT是发现SLE患者肺间质病变较敏感的无创检查方法。

Objective：To investigate systemic lupus erythematosus（SLE） patients with interstitial lung disease（ILDs） in CT features and the incidence statistics.Methods：30 cases of SLE patients were given chest radiography,high-resolution CT scan（HRCT）,features of interstitial lung disease were classified.Results：HRCT diagnosis interstitial lung disease of SLE patients,the positive rate was 53%,the sensitivity was higher than chest radiography（27%）.Conclusion：HRCT provides a sensftive and noninvasive technique for detecting ILDs in SLE patients.
