养血清脑颗粒加盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗偏头痛疗效

Clinical effcet of migraine treated by Yangxue Qingnao Granula combined with Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules

目的:观察养血清脑颗粒加盐酸氟桂利嗪(西比灵)胶囊治疗偏头痛的疗效。方法:将108例偏头痛患者分为观察组56例和对照组52例,观察组口服养血清脑颗粒每次1袋(4 g),每日3次,加盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊10 mg,睡前顿服;对照组睡前顿服盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊10 mg,两组均连用1个月,观察疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为89.3%,对照组总有效率为73.1%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:养血清脑颗粒加盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗偏头痛的疗效明显优于单独应用盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊。

Objective:To explore the effect of Yangxueqingnao Granula combined with Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules treating patients with migraine.Methods:108 patients with migraine were randomly divided into the study group(56 cases) and control group(52 cases),study group were given Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules and Yangxue Qingnao Granula,control group were given only Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules.To observe curative effect after one month treatment.Results:The total clinical effective rate was 89.3% of study group and 73.1% of control group.The difference was between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Effect of Yangxueqingnao Granula combined with Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules treating patients with migraine is better than Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules used alone.
