摘要
在金属催化剂的作用下,以烯烃和含氢硅油为原料,利用硅氢加成反应合成有机硅蜡。本实验研究了原料配比、催化剂用量、反应时间、反应温度对硅氢键转化率和产品性能的影响,确定最佳反应条件为:WH=1.36%,n(C=C)∶n(Si—H)=1.15∶1,催化剂用量为1.15μg/g,反应温度为135℃,反应时间为8.5 h。并对合成产物进行了红外表征,结果显示长链烷基已接枝到聚硅氧烷上。
Silicone waxes were hydrosilylated from polyhydrosiloxane and olefins in the presence of metal catalyst.The effects of factors,such as molar ratio of reactants,dosage of the catalyst,reaction time and temperature on Si-H conversion rate and performance of products were investigated as well.The preferential experimental conditions were obtained as: WH=1.36%,the molar ratio of C=C to Si-H is 1.15∶1,the amount of catalyst is 1.15 μg/g,reaction temperature is 135 ℃,reaction time is 8.5 h.The structure of the product was determined by FT-IR and the results indicated that the long chain alkyl has been grafted to the chain of polysiloxane.
