摘要
8XC196系列单片机内置的10位A/D转换器的精度约为0。1%,这在大多数工程测量中是不够的。8XC196的运行速度非常高,外接低速的高精度A/D转换器时会遇到很多问题。本文重点分析了其外接AD1674时的时序和线路设计。
The accuracy of the built-in 10-bit-A/Dconverter in 8XC196 single-chip-microcomputer is 0.1%. This is not accurate enough for most measurement engineering. As the speed of 8XC196 is too fast,designer will encounter much problem when he use some outside device such as AD1674 (It is a 12-bit-A/D converter). In this paper, both Bus-timing and its circuit are discussed.
