北京社稷坛(中山公园)价值识别与保护管理研究

Research on Value Discernment and Protection and Management of Beijing Sheji Temple (Zhongshan Park)

协调园林文化遗产的保护和城市公园的利用之关系是当前许多历史名园保护管理和规划编制的难点和焦点。本研究提出,解决问题的关键在于将保护对象和现实利用需求之间的矛盾具体化、明晰化,而对不同时期空间格局和使用功能的兼容性分析和价值识别是主要的切入点。以北京社稷坛(中山公园)为例,首先明确北京社稷坛(中山公园)3个时期的保护对象类型,即空间格局和功能使用特征;其次,了解3个时期空间格局和使用功能的演变历史;然后,分析不同时期空间格局和使用功能的兼容状况及其现状问题;第四,进行价值识别;最后,在明确了各时期价值重要性的差异后,对保护管理、尤其是由于不同时期空间格局和使用功能不兼容产生的问题提出了相关建议。

How to coordinate the relationship between the protection of landscape cultural heritage and the use of urban park is the difficult and focus point of the protection and management and planning of many historical famous garden. In this research it is pointed out that the key of the solution is to make the contradiction between protection and actual usage concrete and clear, while the compatibility analysis and value discernment of the spatial patterns and usage functions of different periods is the main entry point. With the case study of Beijing Sehji Temple （Altar of Land and Grain）, the type of protection object of the Temple in three periods, namely the spatial pattern and functional usage characteristics, is identified first. Then the evolution history of the spatial pattern and usage function of the three periods is understood. And the compatibility status and current problems of the spatial patterns and usage function of different periods are analyzed. The fourth step is to make value discernment. Finally, after identifying the difference of value and importance in different periods, relevant proposals are put forward on the incompatibility of the spatial patterns and usage functions of different periods.
