摘要
本文研究了蚕豆离体叶片衰老过程中,光合作用强度的改变及其被诱发的可能原因。结果表明,光合作用是叶片衰老过程中最敏感的生理反应之一,暗处理1天其强度大约降低50%。它与以电解质外渗量为指标的膜系统完整性有着密切关系(r=0.91)。叶绿素的下降也是其改变不可忽视的原因。暗处理一定时间,β—胡萝卜素含量及过氧化物酶活力分别增加100%和94.7%。以后这种抵御性反应有下降的趋势。同时讨论了这些生理反应之间可能的相互关系。
Photosynthesis intensity, as one of the most sensitive reactions during leaf senescence of broadbean, and the possible origin of its change were reported. The results showed that the photosynthesis intensity and chlorophyll content decreased rapidly and the leakiness of electrolyte, as the directive of damage to membranous system, β—carrotin content and peroxidase activity increased during the dark treatment; but the decreased tendencies of β-carrotin content and pe roxidase activity appeared respectively after some time.
This suggested that the decrease of photosynthesis intensity was close with membranous damage(r=0.91)which may be caused by con fused metabolism of active oxygen.
