单位型住区邻里生活院落户外生活行为与空间研究

Research on the Outdoor Behavior and Space of the Neighborhood Courtyard in Unit Residential District

邻里生活院落是承载居民日常生活的重要场所,与居民生活密切相关。该文以单位型住区的邻里生活院落为对象,通过对院落中居民生活行为的观察和记录,从户外活动的主体、场地的使用、院落空间与邻里关系、底层小院的复合性等四个方面剖析了邻里生活院落与居民户外生活行为之间的关系,指出居民的邻里生活行为需求体现在院落空间的归属性、居民的户外活动、居民的邻里交往三个方面,最后,从提高空间利用率、明确空间领域两个方面提出了改善单位型住区邻里生活院落空间质量的建议。

Neighborhood courtyard is an important place for the daily life of inhabitants,and is closely related to inhabitant＇s life.Research focuses on the neighborhood courtyard in Unit Residential District,and through the observing and recording of the outdoor behavior,this article analyzes the relationship between the neighborhood courtyard and the inhabitant＇s outdoor behavior from four aspects：the main subject of the outdoor behavior,use of the outdoor site,courtyard space and neighborhood,compound characteristics of the courtyard on ground floor.And then it points out the needs of neighborhood behavior reflected in the ownership of the courtyard space,the inhabitant＇s outdoor behavior and neighborhood communication.Finally it brings forward the advice that is to promote space utilization and identify the field of space to improve the quality of the neighborhood courtyard in unit residential district.
