大尺度总体城市设计方法初探——以具有可实施性的“大庆市总体城市设计”为例

Methodological Observation of the Application-oriented Comprehensive Urban Design at Large Spatial Scale:A Case Study of Feasible Daqing Comprehensive Urban Design

该文依据相关规划设计标准,借鉴各地成功的总体城市设计案例,综合应用传统设计理论、数字技术等手段研究大尺度总体城市设计方法。通过城市设计指标体系的构建、多层级的设计内容控制以及数字技术的应用,实现了艺术设计与科学分析的结合,并在大庆市总体城市设计实践中得到应用。应用实践表明,该方法能有效提高总体城市设计对城市形态和景观风貌的整体控制能力,并将设计成果快速地转化为管理语言,进而促进总体城市设计成果的实施。

Improving the practicability of comprehensive urban design is essential to solve the lacking of urban design in the master urban plan of legal urban planning system,especially for urban design at a large spatial scale.Based on national and industry standards for urban planning,this study combines traditional design theories and digital technology to put forward the method for carry out comprehensive urban design at large spatial scale efficiently,with useful referencing established successful cases in China.Therefore three important measures are proposed to achieve the improving aim,they are construction of index system for urban design,controlling of design content and planning support system.At last,this study takes Daqing city as a case study,while the design result shows that proposed method could be effective for comprehensive urban design in terms of enhancing modeling and supervising of urban form and landscape through urban design,promoting the converting of design result into management rules,as well as facilitate the application of the design results.
