基于PDCA循环的超高频RFID批量应用测试研究

摘要 为快速高效进行超高频RFID批量应用测试,在慕尼黑工业大学机械学院运输与物流教席建立模拟环境,并模拟了某公司的需求情况。利用PDCA循环对各种参数进行了准备测试,再进行综合试验,并利用全阶乘实验设计方法进行分析,为PDCA循环方法在RFID实验领域的应用提供了实验基础。 In order to conduct a batch of fast and efficient UHF - RFID application tests, this essay simulated the needs of a specific company and established a similar environment in the FML lab of mechanical engineering department of Technical University of Munich. At first the PDCA cycle is used to undertake the preparation tests for various parameters. Then the integrated experiment is conducted and analyzed by the designing method called total factorial experiment. This provides foundation for the application of PDCA cycle method in the RFID experiment field.
