Objective To meet the social demand for medical records,and improve the medical record management level and service quality.Methods Analyzing the functionality and efficiency of medical records duplication flow.Designing a new flow improvement program for the existing problems.Assessing the index of flow reforger by statistics and analysis.Results The Flow reforger of medical records duplication was realized by analyzing,implementing,and evaluating which has reduced service links,improved the humanized service quality,and raised the working efficiency.Conclusion The Flow reforger of medical records duplication has realized work flow optimization and improved the quality of medical records management.
