摘要
目的探讨专家门诊医患双方需求特征,完善护理干预措施。方法问卷式调查门诊专家和患者,分析其特征。结果专家出诊时间平均3.7小时,每次出诊诊治患者平均24.8个,平均加号5.4个,患者平均等待时间2.2小时,患者满意率78.3%。结论积极的护理干预可部分缓解专家门诊资源紧张。
Objective To investigate the characters of patient-doctor needs on specialist clinic and to improve nursing intervention methods.Methods Questionnaive-type survey was taken between specialists and patients to analyze their characters.Results Specialist cost 3.7 hours for 24.8 patients,adding 5.4 patients per time,respectively.The average waiting time of patients was 2.2 hours and the satisfied rate was 78.3%.Conclusion Positive nursing methods can partly solve the problem of the resource constraints of specialist clinic.
