The Thinking and Management Strategies Based on the Potential Security Risks of Drug Repercussion

目的提高药品安全监管意识,加强退药管理,确保用药安全。方法结合案例,对临床工作中存在的药品安全问题和隐患进行分析与思考。结果药品安全问题引发的医疗纠纷时有发生,其中退药问题比较突出。结论依法建立严格的退药审批、销毁和核对制度,对于保障患者用药安全具有现实意义。

Objective To improve the drug safety supervising consciousness;to strengthen drug repercussion management;to ensure the safety of drug use.Methods Combining cases,the problems on drug safety and security risks in clinical work are analysed and thought.Results Medical disputes caused by the problems on drug safety occur sometimes,of which drug repercussion is more prominent.Conclusions Buinding a strict drug repercussion approval,disposal and check system by law has practical significance for ensuring patients＇ safety of drug use.
