社区医疗服务中心能够为患者提供方便快捷的基本医疗服务,大力发展社区医疗服务是我国医疗改革的一项重要内容。三级医院的医疗信息不能与社区医疗共享,制约了社区医疗服务的信息化程度。电子病案的实施可以解决这一缺陷。
