2010年重庆市万州区医疗机构市场份额变动简析

An Analysis on Changes of Market Share in Medical Institutions in Wanzhou District of Chongqing in 2010

目的了解2010年重庆市万州区(三峡移民库区)医疗机构门诊、住院工作量构成比及变化对其医疗市场份额占有率的影响。方法收集2009年、2010年资料,从门诊量、住院量构成比及其变化等几方面进行对比简析。结果 2010年全区医疗机构门诊量中,医院占34.83%,卫生院、诊所卫生所医务室及村卫生室占65.17%;住院工作量中医院占近70%,卫生院约占30%。门诊增加量构成比中,医院占57.57%,卫生院、诊所卫生所医务室及村卫生室占42.43%。住院增加量构成比中,医院约占75%,卫生院约占25%。结论万州区医疗市场消费结构趋于理性增长,医疗市场格局多元化,病人有更多看病就医的选择。

Objective To know constituent ratio and changes of workload in medical institutions＇ clinics and hospitalization and its influence on market share occupation rate in medical institutions in Wanzhou district of Chongqing（immigrant of area of 3 gorge library） in 2010.Methods Collecting materials in 2009 and 2010,we comparatively analyzed constituent ratio and changes of amount of outpatient and inpatient and other aspects.Results In the amount of outpatient of medical institutions in the region in 2010,hospitals account for 34.83%,and health centers,clinics and village clinics make up 65.17%,but the ratio of increase amount is 57.57% and 42.43% respectively;in the amount of inpatient,hospitals account for nearly 70%,and health centers make up about 30%,but the rate of increase amount is 75% and 25% separately. Conclusions The consumption structure growth of medical market in Wanzhou district tends rational,the pattern of medical market is diversified and patients have better choices.
