肺炎患儿住院费用的因素分析

Factor Analysis of Hospital Expenses of Children with Pneumonia

目的探讨肺炎患儿住院费用的影响因素。方法用非参数秩和比检验方法检验各因素的差异,采用多元逐步回归模型分析儿童肺炎住院费用的影响因素。结果儿童肺炎的住院费用医保患者高于自费患者,不同付费方式患儿最大开支项目均为药品费用,且年龄大费用增加,住院天数越长费用越高。其影响因素药费、住院天数、出院情况、医院感染、年龄、入院情况、付费方式引入方程。结论肺炎患儿费用受多因素影响,其控制药品费用比例、缩短住院日是降低总住院费用的有效手段,也是减轻患者和国家经济负担的有效途径。

Objective To discuss the influencing factors of hospital expenses of children with pneumonia.Methods Using non-parametric rank to test the differences of various factors and using multiple stepwise regression model to analyze the influencing factors of hospital expenses of children with pneumonia.Results Hospital expenses of medicare patients were higher than patients at their own expense.The largest item of expenditure is drug expenses in different payment.Older age,higher costs.The longer length of stay the higher the cost.The influencing factors such as medicine fee,hospital stays,discharge conditions,hospital infection,age,hospital conditions and payment were introducing equation.Conclusion Hospital expenses of children with pneumonia were affected by multiple factors.Controlling the proportion of drug costs and shorten hospital stay were the effective means of reducing total hospital expenses,and also the effective ways to reduce the economy burden on patients and nation.
