摘要
企业创新环境的动态性及复杂性,使企业持续创新面临巨大挑战。在综合考察国内外企业持续创新的理论方法基础上,总结现有研究存在的问题,提出应用和谐管理理论解决企业持续创新问题,并分析了应用和谐管理研究的可行性和先进性。在此基础上,运用和谐管理理论构建了主题漂移诱导下的企业持续创新实现模式,分析了企业持续创新模式的运行流程,为企业持续创新实践提供了系统的、可行性指导方案。
Continuous innovation of enterprises is facing enormous challenges in today＇s dynamic and complex environment.This paper analyzes theories and methods of enterprise continuous innovation home and abroad and related problems.Then,harmonious management is proposed to solve problems in enterprise continuous innovation.The feasibility and advanced features of harmonious management are discussed.Based on these,a theme drift-guided enterprise continuous innovation realization model by applying harmonious management is established.Operation process of continuous innovation is also analyzed.The research result provides systematic and feasible proposals for continuous innovation practices.
