General Evaluation of DR Technique in Distributed Interactive Simulation

摘要 DR 技术是分布交互仿真中的一项关键技术,其应用的有效性必须通过检验与评价加以确定。本文对DR技术的检验与评价问题进行了深入的探讨,提出了8 项DR 技术指标,给出了具体指标计算公式,最后,根据分布交互仿真系统开发过程方法。 Dead Reckoning (DR) is one of the key techniques employed in the Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS), its effectiveness when used for DIS should be studied through the Testing and Evaluation (T&E)of DR within the life cycle of DIS development process. This paper discusses in detail the problem T&E of DR in DIS. Firstly, presents 8 technical indicators for DR technique as well as the calculation of the indicators. Secondly, introduces the concept of general evaluation of DR technique in DIS and the relation between the evaluation of DR and DIS Verification, Validation and Accreditation (VV&A). Finally, a general evaluation scheme of DR technique throughout DIS system Development procedure is given.
