中医药治疗原发性高血压研究概况

Hypertension Research Survey of Traditional Chinese Medicine

[目的]综述原发性高血压中医药治疗的概况。[方法]采用文献回顾法,查阅中医药对原发性高血压的理论研究及临床资料,从病名、病因病机、临床三个方面进行综合、归纳。[结果]中医药治疗原发性高血压有着整体优势,也存在诸多亟待完善的问题。[结论]未来发展方向:尽快统一诊断分型及治疗标准,重视基础研究,严格科研设计,充分发挥中西医结合的优势,建立有效的动物模型,深入研究中药降压机理,尤其应加强复方降压机理的研究。

[Objective] Reviewed the treatment of essential hypertension overview of Chinese medicine.[Method] literature review,Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine theory of primary hypertension research and clinical practice data,from the name of disease,pathogenesis,clinical aspects of three comprehensive,summarized.[Results] Chinese medicine treatment of essential hypertension has the overall advantage,there are also many problems needs improvement.[Conclusion] The future direction： as soon as Unified diagnostic classification and treatment standards,emphasis on basic research,rigorous research design,give full play to advantages of integrative medicine,an effective animal model of buck-depth study of the mechanism of Chinese medicine,in particular,should strengthen the compound reduced Pressure Mechanism.
