《伤寒论》针灸治疗探析

" Treatise on Febrile Disease " Acupuncture Treatment

[目的]探究《伤寒论》针灸理论叙述及临床治疗方法。[方法]采用文献回顾法研究古典医籍《伤寒论》中针灸治疗的理论及临床论述。[结果]张仲景以六经辨证为基础指出:"伤寒三阳经病,实热证居多,宜用针法,三阴经病虚寒证居多,宜用灸法"的针灸施治原则。[结论]张仲景遵六经循辨证,确立了"三阳经病宜针,三阴经病宜灸"的原则对当今学习和运用针灸及至临床各科都仍具重要意义和作用。

[Objective] Inquiry ＂ Treatise on Febrile Disease＂ narrative theory of acupuncture and clinical treatment.[Method] Literature review of the classical medical books ＂ Treatise on Febrile Disease ＂ the theory of acupuncture and clinical.[Results] ZHANG Zhong-jing the basis of six meridians said： ＂typhoid Sanyang by disease,heat of the majority,to use the needle,morbidity,mostly through disease Deficiency card,to use moxibustion,＂ the principles of acupuncture and differentiation.[Conclusion] ZHANG Zhong-jing Six liable compliance differentiation,establishing the ＂SYM by the disease should pin yin and moxibustion by the disease,＂ the principles of the present study and the use of acupuncture until all subjects remain important clinical significance and role.
