摘要
[目的]观察一贯煎合柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗脑卒中后抑郁肝肾阴虚型疗效。[方法]分为治疗组30例,对照组30例,两组均给予常规脑血管治疗,治疗组给予一贯煎合柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤加减,对照组加服氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片。[结果]治疗组总有效率90%,对照组总有效率70%,明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]一贯煎合柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗脑卒中后抑郁疗效可靠。
[Objective]Yiguanjian and Chaihujialonggumuli Decoction for treatment of post-stroke depression liver-kidney patients.[Method]30 patients were divided into treatment group and control group of 30 patients,two groups were given conventional vascular therapy,the treatment group Yiguanjian and Chaihujialonggumuli Decoction,the control group took Flupentixol film melitracen.[Results]The total effective rate was 90% in the control group,the total efficiency of 70%.[Conclusion] Yiguanjian and Chaihujialonggumuli Decoction reliable efficacy in the treatment of depression after stroke.
