丹参五味子汤治疗冠心病室性早搏43例

Danshen Wuweizi Decoction Treatment of 43 Patients with Coronary Heart Premature Ventricular Contractions

[目的]观察丹参五味子汤治疗冠心病室性早搏的疗效。[方法]将86例冠心病室性早搏的患者进行随机分为治疗组43例,对照组43例,治疗组口服丹参五味子汤,对照组给予口服抗室性早搏药(胺碘酮)。[结果]治疗组在心律失常症状改善,心电图有关指标变化,明显优于对照组。[结论]丹参五味子汤治疗冠心病室性早搏取得满意的疗效,且无毒副作用。

[Objective]Danshen Wuweizi Decoction treatment of premature ventricular contractions with coronary heart disease patients.[Method]86 patients with premature ventricular contractions in patients with coronary artery disease were randomly divided into treatment group 43 cases,43 cases in control group,treatment group was treated with Danshen Wuweizi Decoction,premature ventricular contractions in control group were given oral anti-drug（amiodarone）.[Results]The improvement in the symptoms of arrhythmia,ECG changes in the indicators,better than the control group.[Conclusion]Danshen Wuweizi Decoction treatment of ventricular premature coronary heart disease to achieve a satisfactory effect,and toxic side effects.
