保肝汤配合硫普罗宁片治疗酒精性肝病90例

Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine of 90 Alcoholic Liver Disease

[目的]观察中西医结合治疗酒精性肝病的疗效及安全性。[方法]将180例患者按就诊单双号随机分为两组,中西医结合治疗组使用中药制剂保肝汤联合硫普罗宁片100mg,3次/d;西药对照组使用硫普罗宁片100mg,3次/d,治疗8周进行疗效判定。[结果]4周后治疗组总有效率为94.4%,对照组总有效率为66.6%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P(0.05)。不良反应发生率治疗组为5.6%,低于对照组20%(P<0.05)。[结论]中西医结合治疗酒精性肝病疗效好,副作用少。

[Objective] To observe there is a combination of the effect of alcohol to treat liver and security.[Method] 180 cases of alcohol to people in the liver single and double the number of randomly divided into two groups,there is a combination therapy groups,and western medicine;there is a combination of the treatment of using chinese medicines for the liver of sulphur for the union thus luo ning table 100mg,three times/d;Course for 8 weeks,two groups of reaction.[Results] The curative and treatment groups：4 weeks for the efficient 94.4%,the total availability for 66.6%,there is a combination of the curative treatment beats western medicine（P﹤0.05）.adverse reaction rate of 5.6 % for treatment,the less than 20%（P﹤0.05）：combination therapy.[Conclusion]Sexual liver alcohol,adverse effect.
