[目的]探讨、挖掘和整理消渴病肾病的病因病机。[方法]查阅历史文献,综合、归纳中医理论对消渴病肾病的病因病机。[结果]糖尿病肾病的病因为禀赋不足、五脏柔弱,饮食不节、蕴热伤津,情志失调、郁火伤阴,失治误治、损伤肾气,劳逸过度、肾精损伤等,病机为气阴两虚、肾络瘀滞,肝肾阴虚、瘀阻肾络,脾肾阳虚、肾络瘀结,阴阳两虚、瘀阻肾络,气血阴阳俱虚、肾络瘀结、浊毒内停等。[结论]早期的治疗可出逆转,应谨守病机,辨证论治,因人而异,努力做到未病先防和已病防变。
