中药配合甲状腺素片预防结节性甲状腺肿术后复发40例

Thyroxine Tablets and Traditional Chinese Medicine to Prevent Recurrence of 40 Cases of Nodular Goiter

[目的]观察中西医结合预防结节性甲状腺肿术后复发疗效。[方法]将80例结节性甲状腺肿术后病例,随机分为2组,治疗组40例采用自拟中药汤剂和甲状腺素片口服,对照组40例单纯采用甲状腺素片口服。[结果]中药干预的治疗组预防结甲效果明显优于单纯甲状腺素片对照组。[结论]中药干预结合常规甲状腺素片在预防结甲复发上效果显著,有效率93%。

Nodular goiter is the multiple benign lesion of the throid gland.For certain recurrence rate and canceration rate exist after the operation,preventing the recurrence after the operation is particularly important.Method： the control group adopts the thyroxine tablet,and the treatment group adopts the combination of thyroxine tablet and the Chinese herbs with the functions of regulating vital energy,activating the blood and reducing phlegm.Result： compare the curative effects of the two groups,and the effective rate for preventing the recurrence after the operation of the interventional group of traditional Chinese medicine is 93%.Conclusion： the curative effect of adopting the intervention of Chinese herbs on preventing the recurrence of nodular goiter after the operation is better than that of singularly adopting the thyroxine tablet.
