摘要
目的:总结和分析针灸治疗黄褐斑的临床用穴规律,为针灸治疗黄褐斑的临床取穴提供理论依据。方法:检索了近10年针灸治疗黄褐斑的文献近50篇,对其取穴规律进行了总结与分析。结果:在合格文献中,治疗黄褐斑的主要穴位有15个,分布于八条经脉上,其中以足太阳膀胱经穴的使用最多。结论:针灸治疗黄褐斑以足三里、三阴交、曲池、血海为基本主方;配穴以辨证取穴为主;局部取穴与全身取穴相结合。
Objective：To summarize and analyze the law of choosing acupoints of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for Melasma in order to list an acupoint treatment recipe that is effective and can be applied as standard model for Melasma-treatment.Methods：The research is based on an extensive analysis of more than 50 TCM clinical treatises on acupuncture treatment for melasma.Emphasis was put on analyzing the most frequently used acupoints and the law of combining points.Results：Acupoints for Melasma treatment are almost on eight meridians,and 15 acupoints are frequently used as main point when treating Melasma.Meanwhile,acupoints related to the Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang are most widely used.Conclusion：ST36,SP6,LI11,SP10 are mainly used to treat Melasma.Adjunct acupuncture points matching acupoints are according to patients health condition,and the points from the local area and the whole body are selected together.
