曲衍海动态取穴法治疗胃脘痛疗效的观察

The Treatment of Gastric Pain by Qu Yan-hai's Dynamic Point Location Method

目的:观察曲衍海动态取穴法对胃脘痛的临床疗效。方法:选择以胃脘部痛为主症的病人70例,采用PEMS3.1统计软件随机单盲分组为研究组与对照组各35例。对照组采用常规分寸取穴法,直接取双侧足三里和中脘穴针刺。研究组采用曲衍海动态取穴法,即分别在足三里穴及其上下(约2寸范围)循足阳明经、在中脘穴及其周围(胃脘区)取压痛最敏感点针刺。两组均每日治疗1次,每次30 m in,中间行针2次,观察治疗7天,比较两组取穴方法治疗效果。结果:研究组与对照组愈显率分别为91.4%和57.1%,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:曲衍海动态取穴法对胃脘痛的治疗效果更为显著。

Objective：To observe the curative effect in treating gastric pain by Qu Yan-hai＇s dynamic point location method.Methods：Seventy patients with gastric pain are enrolled in the experiment.They are randomized into two groups equally,treatment group and control group,by PEMs statistical software.Treatment group was used by Qu Yan-hai＇s dynamic point location method.Sensitive points around Zusanli,Zhongwan,gastric area are applied.Control group was used by regular point location method.Zhongwan and double Zusanli are applied.Patients in both groups are treated 30 minutes every day.During the needle retaining period,manipulate the needles twice.Curative effect of two groups are processed after 7 days.Results：The cure and marked effective rate of treatment group and control group were 91.4% and 57.1%.There is a significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：The efficacy in treating gastric pain by Qu Yan-hai＇s dynamic point location method is obviously better than that by regular method.
