就目前所知,《一报附张》是内蒙古现存最早的画报。它证明了《一报》附有画报,而且可供了解当时画报的形制和梁通的绘画水平,为内蒙古的新闻史和美术史提供了宝贵的原始资料,可补史事记载之阙。

As is known now, Yi Bao Fu Zhang is the earliest existing pictorial in Inner Mongolia. It provides evidence that Yi Bao Fu Zhang had pictures supplemented to it, which helps the understanding about the form of picto- rials at that time and Liang Tong＇s painting level. It offers precious original materials for the news and fine arts history of Inner Mongolia and makes up for the deficiencies in historical records.
