摘要
在骨肿瘤X光片中,由于肿瘤与周围组织X光吸收系数相差不大,肿瘤本身边缘模糊,加上X光片拍摄过程中由于光线照度不均匀和光线的照射角度不同带来的影响,使得传统的边缘检测方法难以实施。本文运用一种径向搜索方法,从肿瘤内部向四周扫描,最后经双线性插值,形成完整的边缘曲线。实验结果表明,本方法检测的边界真实,定位准确,连续性好,适合对骨肿瘤X光图像进行定量分析。
Since the absorptivity of tumor is similar with the tissues around it, and the X-ray image of osteoma has inhomogeneous illumination, the edge of disease area is not clear, traditional the detection algorithms are not successful used. In this paper, we apply a radial search algorithm to detect the edge of osteoma The experiments show that the extracted edge by this alorithm is true and the edge possesses accurate location and good continuity. It is suited for quantitative analysis of X-ray image of osteoma. the results provide scientific and objective evidences for clinic diagnosis and care.
