摘要
简单介绍了我国聚氨酯灌浆材料的发展历史。着重从环保和消防安全性考虑,对稀释剂等原材料进行筛选,制备了不含丙酮的高固含量环境友好型聚氨酯灌浆材料。讨论了纯聚氨酯含量、聚醚官能度等对材料性能的影响。
The article briefly introduces development history of polyurethane grouting material in China.An environmentally friendly high solid content polyurethane grouting material containing no acetone was prepared with raw materials selected based on environment protection and fire control as focal points to consider.It also discusses effects of content of pure polyurethane and functionality of polyether on properties of the material.
