摘要
通过正交实验法、X射线衍射分析等手段,研究了钛榍石的固相反应。结果表明:合成钛榍石的最佳温度为1260℃,保温时间为30min,最佳配方比例为CaCO3∶TiO2∶SiO2=40.70∶34.27∶22.03,其乳浊效果达到了硅酸锆的效果,并讨论了合成钛榍石的影响因素。
The titanite was researched by orthogonal design and X-ray diffraction analysis. The results indicate that the best reaction temperature is 1260℃, stillstand 30mira The best formula for synthesizing titanite is a weight ratio of CaCO3 to TiO2 to SiO2 of 40.70 : 34.27 : 22.03. The effect of compounded titanite are near zirconium silicate, and influencing factors of compounded titanite are discussed.
