摘要
设计了一种基于IEC 60870-5-104协议及无线传感器网络通信技术的开关柜温度监测系统.在系统的温度传感器、路由器及集中器中嵌入ZigBee模块组成无线Mesh网络;电池供电的温度传感器监测温度数据以AT命令方式经路由器发送到集中器;集中器实现了温度越限短信报警、与温度监测计算机及大屏幕LED数据交换、与变电站自动化系统通信等功能.分析了无线传感器网络参数配置、温度传感器软硬件低功耗设计、集中器软件设计中任务安排及调度、集中器与变电站自动化系统通信IEC 60870-5-104协议的实现等.系统具有可靠性高、可扩展性强等特点,尤其适合10kV配电开关柜的温度在线监测.
A switch cabinet temperature monitoring system based on IEC 60870 - 5 - 104 protocol and ZigBee wireless sensor network communication technology is designed. ZigBee modules are embedded in temperature sensors, routers and concentrator in the system to form the wireless mesh network. The monitoring temperature data of battery - powered temperature sensors is send to the concentrator via the routers in the AT command mode. The concentrator achieves the following functions, temperature off -limit message alarm, data exchanging with local monitoring computer and large screen LED, com- munication with substation automation system, etc. The key problems in design and implementation, for example, configuring the parameters of wireless sensor network, hardware and software low - power design of temperature sensor, tasks arrangement and dispatching in the design of concentrator software and communication implementation between concentrator and substation automation system based on IEC 60870 - 5 - 104 protocol, are analyzed. The system has many characteristics, such as high relia- bility, strong expansibility and so on; it is especially suitable for on - line monitoring the temperature of 10kV distribution switch cabinet.
