群布电除尘器钢支承结构的静力稳定承载力研究

摘要 应用Ansys通用软件建立整体计算模型,对大型群布电除尘器钢支承结构在最不利工况下的静力承载性能和稳定性能进行了计算和分析.讨论了初始缺陷对结构整体稳定承载力的影响,给出不同初始缺陷下结构的荷载位移曲线及其极限稳定承载力,并与结构的荷载设计值进行了比较与分析.对所讨论的钢支承结构体系的承载性能给出了评价意见并提出改进建议. In this paper, the overall calculation model was established by using Ansys. The static bearing behavior and the stability analysis of the steel - frame structure supported ESP group under the most disadvantageous load combinations were carried out. The influence of initial imperfection on the overall stability bearing capacity of the structure was discussed. The ultimate bearing capaci- ty and the load - displacement curves of the steel - frame structure without or with different initial imperfections under design loads were demonstrated. And the results were compared and analyzed with designed loads of the structure. Also, the evaluations for the bearing performance of the steel -frame structure were presented and the suggestions for improvement were proposed.
