摘要
分析了传统热风阀与节能热风阀能量损失过程和原因。介绍了热风阀能量损失的计算方法。提出了高炉系统用热风阀结构改进和节能降耗的措施。
An analysis of the process of energy loss and its causes on traditional hot-blast valve and en- ergy-saving hot-blast valve has been made. And a calculation method of the energy loss of the hot-blast valve has been introduced. Finally the measures of structural development and energy-saving of hot- blast valve have been put forward.
