摘要
介绍了以PLC为控制核心的货车用风缸自动焊控制系统的软硬件,对该系统电机调速电路中晶闸管的移相触发控制电路进行了探讨,得到了高性能的晶闸管移相触发电路。该控制系统软硬件设计合理,具有较高的可靠性,能够满足高质量风缸自动化生产的要求。
The paper presents the software and hardware of the control system for the auto-matic-welding of passenger car pneumatic cylinders,with PLC as the control center. Besides, it discusses the phase-shift triggering control circuit of the thyristor in the motor speed regu-lating circuit of the system,resulting in a high-performance thyristor phase-shift triggering circuit. The software and hardware of the control system are rationally designed,proved to be highly reliable,and can meet the needs of the automatic production of high-quality pneumatic cylinders.
