摘要
对不同硬度的调质40Cr钢喷丸后的残余应力和不同硬度的调质40Cr钢喷丸后精密车削的残余应力,进行了测试与分析。研究结果对控制和利用机械加工的残余应力。
This paper deals with the test and Research of the quenching and tempering 40Cr steel of different hardness after shot-peening as well as its fine-turning residual stress after shot-peening treatment.The study goes on thorough tests and analysis.The research results bring about theoretical and practical significance to the control and utilzation of the residual stress of mechinrcal working.
