介绍近期在不同地区的一些运价稳定协议及其公会成员组成情况。
Based on the introduction of the current situation of stabilization agreements and conferences on some major area, a few factors restricting stabilization agreement is studied in this paper and also the prospect of development of stabilization agreement is discussed.\;
