油气混输泵叶轮叶片重叠度数值模拟 被引量:3

摘要 基于螺旋轴流式油气混输泵叶轮的基本参数,利用标准κ-ε模型和Mixture模型,在叶片重叠系数m>1和m=1及不同体积含气率下,对单个压缩单元进行三维气液两相流场数值模拟。通过对叶片工作面、背面静压和速度矢量分析,探讨气液两相介质在叶轮内的流动规律,并绘制在2种重叠系数下效率和相对扬程与不同含气率关系曲线。结果表明:压缩单元叶片重叠系数m>1时,其效率和对流体的增压能力均大于重叠系数m=1时。 Design parameters of impeller are made based on helico-axial oil-gas mixing pump.The compression cell is studied and analyzed when blade overlapping coefficient is m1 and m=1.Standard κ-ε model and mixture model are adopted.With different gas volume fraction,the three-dimensional gas-liquid two phase flow field is simulated in single compression cell.Static pressure and velocity vector of blade front side and back are analyzed.Relationship diagram of efficiency and relative head with gas volume fraction are painted in two kinds of overlapping coefficients.Results show that m1 of the efficiency and pressure boosted of compression cell are better than m=1.
