摘要 深水作业中油管柱内、外壁存在较大环境温差,研究不同温度环境、钢级、尺寸油管柱的热变形更具有应用价值和实际意义。在综合考虑国内外现有的研究热变形的试验装置的基础上,设计了一种测试不同温差、尺寸和材质的油管柱热变形测试装置。论述了该装置的整体构成、基本工作原理及主要技术参数。该装置能够在不同温度条件下对不同钢级、不同尺寸的油管柱进行热变形的有效模拟,能够实时检测温度、油管柱热变形量等试验数据。应用表明,该装置工作平稳,振动小,试验效果良好。 Because there is considerable temperature environment difference in and out of a working oil column and little study on thermal deformation of tubing strings with different temperature,steel grade and size,it's valuable to study the thermal deformation of tubing strings with different temperature,steel grade and size.On the basis of comprehensive consideration of domestic thermal deformation equipments,designed a device to test the thermal deformation of tubing strings with different temperature,steel grade and size,and the overall composition,the basic working principle and major technical parameters of the device was discussed.This device can simulate the thermal deformation of tubing strings with steel grade and size at different temperature,and present temperature,thermal deformation of the tubing string and so on real-time.Application indicated that the device worked smoothly with small vibration and experiment result was well.
