摘要
近年来,产业转移这一经济现象受到经济学界人士的广泛关注。珠江三角洲经过近20年的发展,经济上了一个大台阶,生产成本也大幅度提高,发展劳动密集型产业的空间变得越来越小,珠江三角洲的生产成本已经处于相当高的水平。本文分析了梅州在承接产业转移背景下人力资源规划,提出了应对产业转移的人力资源发展战略对策。
For resent years,the transference of industry has been an economic phenomenon widely concerned about by scholars in the field of economics.Pearl river delta after almost 20 years of development,the economy on a big steps,the production cost greatly improve the development of labor-intensive industries,small space becomes more and more in the pearl river delta,the cost of production has been in a quite high level.This text analyzed the Meizhou city human resource programming at accept the industry transfer background bottom.Put forward to the counterplan of Human Resource development strategy Replying that industry transfers.
