改革开放以来,随着经济社会的发展,广西农村剩余劳动力转移取得了显著成效,但随着广西经济和社会的进一步发展,广西农村剩余劳动力转移出现了一些问题,这些问题直接延缓甚至阻碍了广西农村剩余劳动力的转移,因此,必须下大力气解决这些问题,本文正是就这些问题及其解决对策进行探讨。
