产业结构调整对就业结构的影响分析——以河南省为例

从三次产业生产总值构成比例及三次产业就业人数构成比例两个方面,对河南省产业结构10多年来的变动趋势进行纵向分析,提取2000年发达地区美国、日本,2009年国内发达地区广州、上海以及河南省周边省份同期产业结构和就业结构数据进行横向对比,分析得出三次产业结构中,第三产业所占比重偏低,就业结构的调整落后于产业结构的调整,提出大力发展第三产业,促进就业结构调整的对策。
