我国地方基础研究发展现状与相关政策研究

Study on the Development Status of Provincial Basic Research in China and the Relative Polices

本文从管理体制、资助体系、战略部署、人才分布、经费投入等5个方面阐述了我国地方基础研究的发展现状,从中发现我国地方基础研究存在管理体制不顺、重视程度不够、地区发展不均衡等问题,并结合地方基础研究发展需要提出了政策建议。

The article studies on the management system,the funding system,the strategic plan,the talent distribution,and the funding of provincial basic research to describe the development status of the provincial basic research in China,by providing detailed data and systematic analyses.The author finds out that it is the unsmoothed management system,the little attention paid by the local government,and the unbalanced development status between provinces that slow the steps of provincial basic research,and then suggests the corresponding strategies to avoid them.
