通过对河南理工大学大学生篮球协会的组建目的、组织构成及运行模式等方面的调查研究,分析了其形成与发展的影响因素,提出了从管理入手,积极扶持、深挖潜力、合理发展的结论与建议。

By investigation to building purpose,organization constitute and circulate pattern for college basketball association of Henan Polytechnic University,the author analyzed the influence factor of its formation and development and put forward some countermeasure and suggestion of management measure,positive support,excavating potential and reasonable development.
