摘要
运用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈等研究方法,探明中国高校体育术科教师教学知识结构及发展途径,以期为体育术科教师的专业化提供有益的参考。结果认为,高校体育术科教师的教学知识可分成"教学的课程知识"、"教学的内容知识"、"教学的方法知识"3类;依照教师知识生涯成长的不同阶段和知识获得的不同来源来划分,主要包括"学生时代的课程学习"、"职前培训"、"在职培训、学习及参与各种活动的经验"3种来源。
With the methods of literature reviews,questionnaires andinterviews,etc.,the study tried to ex-plore the structure of university sports technique teachers’teaching knowledge as well as its developing methods with the purpose of offering some useful reference to the specialization of sports technique teachers.The study results showed that university sports technique teachers’teaching knowledge consisted of "teachingcourse knowledge","teaching content knowledge"and"teaching method knowledge",which,according tothe various stages of teachers’knowledge accumulation and knowledge gaining recourses,can be divided into"course-taking on campus","pre-career training"and"all sorts of during-career learning experiences"
