乌头赤石脂汤治疗急性冠状动脉综合征的临床观察与实验研究

Clinical and Animal Research on Acute Coronary Syndrome Treated By Wutou Chishizhi Decoction

目的:探讨以乌头赤石脂汤为代表的温阳法治疗急性冠脉综合症的临床疗效及安全性。方法:临床入组病例及实验大鼠均分为乌头赤石脂汤组及中药安慰剂组,大鼠运用股静脉注射垂体后叶素的方法造模,观察用药前后临床症候及心电图变化、不良事件发生率等情况。结果:临床研究表明乌头赤石脂汤可明显改善患者的中医症候,并且临床使用安全;动物实验表明,急性期中药干预有一定的疗效,但作用机制未完全明确。结论:温阳法治疗冠心病的研究值得进一步探讨。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect and security of Wutou Chishizhi Tang for acute coronary syndrome.Method：All patients and experimental rats were divided into the treatment group and the controlled group,we observed their changes of ECG、TCM syndrome score and incidence rate.Result：Wutou Chishizhi Tang effectively and safely improve patients TCM syndrome score;Animal experiments suggest that the decotion has certain effect,but still further to explore the mechanism.Conclusion：Further researchs are still needed to be done to evaluate the value of Warming Therapy for coronary heart disease.
