摘要 目的:探讨电子舌在评价矫味效果中应用的可行性。方法:利用电子舌对3种大黄颗粒矫味处方进行测定,用主成分分析法进行分析,判断分析结果是否和志愿者口尝药物评判方法所得结果一致。结果:电子舌客观评价矫味效果与志愿者主观评价结果一致。结论:在一定程度上,可以用电子舌客观评价矫味效果代替志愿者主观评价。 Objective:To dicuss the feasibility of application of the electronic tongue to evaluating taste-modifying effect.Methods: Three taste-modifying formulas for Radix et Rhizoma Rhei granules were analysed by principal component analysis(PCA) of the electronic tongue.The result analysed by the electronic tongue and by volunteers were compared.Results:The two ways had the same result.Conclusion: The electronic tongue analysing drugs is substituted for volunteers tasting drugs to some extent.
