Part Processing Graph Producing in WTCAPP Ⅲ System

在回转体CAPP研制中，开发了一种工序图之生成软件系统．提出了“信息置换技术”和“加工信息矩阵”的概念，它能在加工信息及零件CAD信息的基础上，自动生成工序图信息．在尺寸标注方面采用尺寸分层分区标注和判断决策方式，自动标注尺寸及其它技术标志．

This paper introduces that the software system is produced by a developed processing graph based on rotary parts researched by the author. The concept of technique of information replacement and matrix of processing in formation is put forward. It can produce processing graph automatically basedon the information of processing and parts CAD, automatically mark size in the different layrs and dis-tricts. The method of judging and making policy and other technique sign are adopted.
