铝合金芯铝绞阻水架空绝缘导线的应用

Using Insulated Overhead Conductor with Aluminum Cored Aluminum Twisted Wire for Blocking Water

在进行架空配电线路绝缘化改造时,要根据改造工程现场的环境条件,合理选择绝缘导线的型号。对铝芯交联架空绝缘(JKLYJ)型导线与铝合金芯铝绞阻水架空绝缘(ZS-JKL/LHYJ)型导线进行比较,阐述了金山供电公司在10kV裸导线绝缘化改造项目中选用ZS-JKL/LHYJ型导线的理由、应用情况及施工要点,并对其技术经济性进行了简要评价。

During the improvement of changing overhead conductor into insulated type,it is reasonable to select suitable and correct type of insulated conductor according to on site circumstances.The paper compares two types of insulated conductors which are type of JKLYJ（Aluminum wire cross-linking）and type of ZS-JKL/ LHYJ（Insulated Overhead Conductor with Aluminum Cored Aluminum Twisted Wire for Blocking Water）, the selecting reasons,application and installation of the ZS-JKL/LHYJ in the improving project of reconstructing 10 kV bare conductor are elaborated in Jinshan Power Supply Company.Its technological and economic values are also briefly commented.
